I have been trying to create a ChatBot within Teams and have created multiple choice questions, triggers etc. I have gotten stuck with calling an Action where I would like the Input from a question:

What is the company name?

To return the Assigned Person (same row within the excel table, different column) I have a simply excel sheet (CompanyName and Assigned_Person). The aim is to return the Assigned_Person if the CompanyName entered is in the file.

I followed the very informative video by Rezza Dorrani where they explain and build something similar but check the status of a numerical ticket, I have done some digging and change slightly but doesn't work.

Any suggestions or posts that go through creating an Action looking up a word/letter string in a row within excel?
