Multi Step forms not appearing on preview web page after deleting records from Dataverse Table

Hi,

I have created a Multi step form with 2 steps. I have three tables, now after deleting some records from the tables, the preview webpage (Google Chrome, tried also on Edge) showing blanks (no form or steps to show).

For now, I am using incognito mode of chrome to showcase these, but I need it in normal webpage as well (Chrome or edge).

Any suggestion on this ?

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of your issue? I'm not fully understanding.
