One Canvas App to manage access to users of all PowerApps applications

Hello

I have 4 canvas apps on PowerApp. I want to build another canvas application through which I can give access to users to those applications if I want to.

For example ;

A new employee joins my org. And I want to give him access to App1 and App2 and not App3 & App4.

Rather than going to both the application's Share Button and then adding their EMAIL IDs, I want to manage them from one single application.

Each time a new employee joins, I have to go to each application to enter their EMAILs over there. So to remove this, I want to manage all application access centrally.

Can this be achieved?
I hope, my problem is understood!

    Hi @lovishsood1 ,

    Maybe you could try to Create a SharePoint list and a new App like this:

    Then you can try adding a screen to the rest of the apps to control screen navigation.

    Navigate(BrowseScreen)
    If(LookUp(AccessManagement,User().Email=Employee.Email).APP1=true,DisplayMode.Edit,DisplayMode.Disabled)
    If(LookUp(AccessManagement,User().Email=Employee.Email).APP1= true ,"Welcome","Sorry, you do not have permission to access this app")

    Still not clear, Why Sharepoint List is required?

    P.S.: I have Employees Data in Dataverse.

    Hi @lovishsood1 ,

    You can also use other data sources to store the user's authorization information.

    But how this will remove access to the Applications by simply creating the SharePoint list columns as App1, App2, and App3?

    I'm talking about 3 canvas applications present inside my Production Environment whose access I want to control from the 4th Canvas App in the same environment.

    Hi @lovishsood1 ,

    What I did was not really remove the user's access to the app, I've just added a validation screen where the user can click a button to navigate to the App's home screen if the user meets the conditions, or just can stay on the verification screen and can't do more with the App.

    Best Regards,

    Thanks a lot. I think it will work for me.
