We are building this model driven app and are currently having some problems with the mobile offline data sync.
The data sync seems to work diffrent depending on the environment, in the dev environment the tables get loaded as expected with alot of rows in them (see picture 1). In the PROD environment the tables get downloaded but there won't be any rows in them except if you visited that form/row in the app before you synced the offline data
We have set up the mobile offline profile according too https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mobile-app/setup-mobile-offline?WT.mc_id=ppac_inproduct_settings#step-1-enable-entities-for-mobile-offline-synchronization.
The mobile offline profiles are identical configured.
The app/sitemap is enabled for offline use as are the tables themselves.
We expected that the tables which are configured for offline get downloaded for offline use regardless if the user visited that particulair row in the table.
If someone has more info about this that would be appreciated! ❤️
