Hi,

I have following questions, in relation to CoE installation pre-requisites:, service account and the email connectors, hope someone has come across this requirement.

Account vs Managed Identity:

Whether the Service Account requires a mailbox?
Can it be used with other User account mailbox.

The level of access states it is required for the service account, to be Platform SysAdmin or D365 admin.
Can it be used with Azure Managed Identity feature?

Connector (email):

The CoE kit, uses Office365 Outlook connector(SMTP), is there an the option to use Direct Send
think that would be with Mail connector.

or use DirectSend email addr with – microsoft@powerapps.com which is used by the Power platform services.
