Hi,

Using Power Apps analytics from Power Platform admin center, please let me know if there is a way to share the Usage, Location, Toast Errors, Service Performance & Connectors reports with non-admin users.

The Usage, Location, Toast Errors, Service Performance & Connectors reports data in Power Apps analytics can be exported to XSLX or CSV format.

Please let me know if there is way to retrieve the Usage, Location, Toast Errors, Service Performance & Connectors reports data in Power Apps analytics using PowerShell Script or Power Automate.

Thanks in advance.

    Hello Vivek,

If I understand correctly you want to get the analytics details from PowerApps and send them out to end users.

This is possible if you use Power Automate Desktop. Here are some details about how to get started with Power Automate Desktop.

    Hopefully, this helps.

I haven't seen many topics on this. And the answer doesn't seem to respond to the actual question.

Is there a way to connect to the Power App, Power Automate, and DataVerse analytics built into the Power Admin Center? Ideally, my team would like to see these analytics for a longer time period than one month, and i'd like to store the results to be able to trend and show in PowerBI the usage metrics for our solutions creating in our Power Environments.

These metrics are essentially all my team needs to monitor our supported solutions, but would like the ability to create a dashboard more suited to our needs and modify/view the data directly and store in an Environment DataVerse table for future reference.
