I am working with a model driven power app and have successfully created SharePoint integration for documents to be uploaded to the SharePoint site once the record has been created in the model app. I have created a subgrid within the from to upload documents to the SharePoint site folders, but when clicking "Upload" or "New" from the subgrid ribbon, nothing happens.
I double checked all of the URls in Dynamics 365 Document Management and verified that a related folder is in fact being created in SharePoint for the record. I am able to upload docs directly to the SharePoint site, but when clicking Upload in the power app form subgrid nothing happens.
