respond from Copilot Chat AI vs Copilot Studio

Hi Folks!
 
Have a question.
When I link my SH site on Copilot Chat AI, and I ask about document I have a very good answer.
However when I link the same SH site in Copilot Studio, the answer is messy and much worst.
How is that possible and it has any connection with semantic index/graph search.
 
Im not sure how to optimize answer in Copilot Studio to have a better results?
