82Hello all
I created a Power App in the following manner but staff are not able to see the data from a Dataverse table in the Power App. Only I can see. Why?
- go to make dot powerapps dot com
- Created a canvas app
- Connected to Dataverse table under Data
- In my screen I added a Gallery and successfully displayed data from my Dataverse table
- I then Save, Publish and Share the Power App with my colleagues
- I open Microsoft Team, add a new tab to the top navigation pointing it to the new Power App. Please note I did not build the app in Teams.
- My colleagues can see the App and interact with it in Teams but they are unable to see the data from the Dataverse table in the gallery. Only I can see the data.
Since they can see the Power App in Teams but cannot see the data, I'm assuming it is a permission in Dataverse that I need to activate. I'm not sure what permission this is.
One user has the following permissions:
- environment maker
- project user
- basic user
I'd appreciate your help.
Also, what connection does Power Apps use to connect to Dataverse?
