Manage your connections (Copilot Studio)

Very strange, I had a working connection and all of a sudden I have two broken connections. I found where to remove connections in my Environment and removed my latest connection.

When I trigger the topic in Studio I get an error message. The history from Friday is confusing. It seems I have flows still running and I would like to stop them.
I have the same question (0)

I guess they were in progress to complete the setup. They are not the actual flow runs. Please let me know what else I could help you on this issue?

They still look the same so something seems stuck. Still my connections are unable to connect. I raised a ticket through our internal IT.

Hi, did you manage to solve the issue?
I have a very similar case it seems (using trial license), where just one of my 3 actions using flows is not working because the connection is 'broken'. This is a Sharepoint connection and the other 2 actions using Sharepoint connections are working fine.

When I try to reconnect the action it just fails with no additional info.

I tried everything I can think of, including recreating the action from scratch as well as creating a new flow to replace the old one.
    Totally at a loss.

P.S. I also see the 'In progress' actions in the history.

The problem is worse than ever. When I try to Connect I get sent to Manage your connections as per usual but all I get is 'Something went wrong'...

In your flows, there might be some actions which are requiring user's authentication. Remove them from the flow and achieve them with native connectors in Copilot Studio. And if for the connectors author's credentials can be used change the run only permissions on those connectors in your flow details page.

@sandeep_angara, first of all, thanks for the response.

    1) I'm not sure what you mean by replace the existing flow actions, requiring authentication, with the native copilot studio connectors. How can I do that while I'm editing my flow in make.powerautomate.com that needs to get items from a Sharepoint list ?

    2) My other 2 actions (that are working fine), are also using flows that are accessing Sharepoint list data successfully in exactly the same way and authored by me also. So, in that case do you still think the issue may be authentication related ?

@VL-16101104-0 did you ever solved it? We have the same issue for all custom connectors and for MCP servers

@sandeep_angara we need to use custom connectors and all custom connectors are giving this issue

This is too long ago, I have probably deleted that specific Agent.

Anyhoo, the connections in Power Platform is a bit of a nightmare. Even if you register an app to do a connection, the connection in Power Platform itself is personal, and any connection references in the Copilot Studio Solution is personal. So that makes cooperation when building an Agent horrible. I do something with connections, they look broke to my partner and vice versa.

From what I understand, some professionals use a impersonation account to create connections and handle DevOps pipelines for low code. That is a joke from the perspective of ISO 27001. Setting this part up correctly is very complicated.
