We just installed and configured the ALM Accelerator for Power Platform solution. We successfully completed the setup process in Azure DevOps. As the Power Platform admin that completed the setup process, I've been able to create repos and commit code to repos, but other developers on my team have had mixed results accessing the app and committing code.
For one developer, when attempting to access the app, they are prompted to create a connection for CustomAzureDevOps. Attempting to complete this results in this error:
"The user '<user-id-number>' does not have sufficient access rights to perform this operation on entity with id <entity-id-number> in instance with URL 'https://powerplatfrominstance.crm.dynamics.com/' . Required access right 'ReadAccess' is missing."
A different developer was able to access the app, but when they commit code, the commits are attributed to me instead of to the developer initiating the commits.
Anyone else encountering similar issues? Any suggestions for troubleshooting?
It seems like the first issue with ReadAccess missing may have been a sync issue between AD Active Directory and Dynamics 365. Refreshing the relevant teams and/or groups in Dynamics 365 seems to have enabled access to the ALM Accelerator for Power Platform app.
