Hi,

I am trying to rework the PowerApps issued 'Help Desk Template', whilst trying to add some more choices to "TaskCategories" - it stopped working.

For some reason, my Dropdown is connected to the collection "TaskCategories" but is not showing the choices/options

Below are 3 screen snips showing required info.

Can you insert a separate dropdown and put the TaskCategories on the Items and see the results.

Show the items on the Dropdown in a screenshot. That's select the dropdown Items and show the screenshot.

The dropdown items will contain the collection name after the collection has been created. What you have shown is the creation of the collection. Show something like:

It seems the Collection options have disappeared

Shows TaskCategoriesCollection is empty?

It depends on where the collection is located.
If it Located OnStart of the App, restart the app. Or click on the OnStart control which is on top or first before all your screens.

If is located Onvisible of a particular screen example screen 1, move another screen 2. Then go back to screen 1. That should Display the data.

Hi,
Ok, good news is that i restarted the APP.
I can see the collections.
My problem now is that each time i add to the collection, the drop down does not work.
How can i add to the collection so that the Dropdown shows all?

How do you add to the collection. Can you show how you do that. Are you using a formula
