So in my environment I have two Azure tenants, Tenant-A and Tenant-B. These azure tenants have been connected with Microsoft's Cross-tenant Synchronization solution. Which turns on B2B Collab and B2B Direct Connect.
User-A and User-A2 have E5 licenses in Tenant-A.
In Tenant-A, User-A has created Power App-A, it has a SharePoint list as a data source and nothing else. So the license designation for the app is standard.
User-A2 in Tenant A was given access to Power App-A and the SharePoint list, User-A2 is able to load the Power App without issue.
User-B has an E5 license in Tenant-B
Power App-A has been shared out with User-B, and User-B has been given access to the SharePoint list.
When User-B goes to access Power App-A they get the following error message.
According to Microsoft documentation about sharing Power Apps with external users, you need to first invite the user as a guest. Well since we have setup Cross Tenant Sync, we don't need to invite users, they already exist.
The only thing I can really see is that User-B in Tenant-A is not a guest, they are a member (which is what cross tenant is supposed to do), so I am thinking that might be causing some issues.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? With Cross Tenant Sync and Power Apps Sharing?
