Is it possible to connect a form in bookings?
For instance, I want to add a form in bookings for customers to fill out that would generate in forms (data collected in forms). Is this possible, if so how? Can this be done though power automation?
Or is there a way to add the form as an attachment?

I hope this question is not related to Copilot Studio.

Anyhow, to integrate Microsoft Forms we can definitely use Power Automate flow.

Create a form in Microsoft Forms with all the questions you want customers to answer. Copy the link of your Microsoft Form. You can add a link to the Microsoft Form in the confirmation email text or in reminder emails. Paste the link and include instructions for customers to fill it out before their appointment. This way, customers will receive the link and can complete the form as part of their appointment confirmation or reminder.

If you want to integrate responses automatically after a booking is made, Power Automate can help. Choose Automated Cloud Flow and select When a new response is submitted in Microsoft Forms as the trigger. Select the form you created for your bookings. Add actions to save form responses to SharePoint or save data in Dataverse as needed.

    Thanks.

I created a PowerAutomate flow that registers my bookings. Since my organisation does not allow for customised questions, I want to send out an MS Form as a link in the email response to the client.
Would it be possible (with PowerAutomate) to add a prefilled MS Form in an email message to the client. The prefilled form could contain the ID of the booking, so the response can be added to the booking in an automated way.
