Help! Model driven app - BPF - make "Finish" unselectable?

Hi there,

I have a model-driven app which I am building, which has a BPF as part of it. In the first stage, the user's required fields to complete are these:

When the user saves the record at this stage, which they have to do, an approval flow starts for the Technical Review and Peer Review approvals. However, I want it so that, until both of these columns = "Approve", the user can't select the Finish button - it being disabled until this time - stopping them from moving forwards.

How can I do this?
