Hi everyone,
I have two sharepoint lists (Sharepoint List 1 and Sharepoint List 2). I have a Flow which upon a certain condition met in Sharepoint List 1 creates a new item in Sharepoint List 2.
The items from Sharepoint List 2 are then inserted into a PowerApp through a Gallery. The Gallery has a formula that filters on the metadata of the item from Sharepoint List 2, so that only the Creator of the item can see it. Thus, if Marie has 3 items in Sharepoint List 2, she will only see those items and not the items submitted by other users.
However, because the items in Sharepoint List 2 are created by a Flow from Sharepoint List 1 and I set up this Flow, since 2 weeks (It used to work like a charm before) the items in Sharepoint List 2 do NOT inherit the METADATA of Sharepoint List 1. Instead, I am put as the creator now because I trigger the Flow, while it used to be that the creator was the creator of item in Sharepoint List 1.
As you can see on the picture, since two weeks the items in Sharepoint List 2 have NO METADATA and before they used to inherit that metadata from Sharepoint List 1. That of course messed up my PowerApp.
I have enabled the Sharepoint settings for metadata (5 days ago) but there is still no metadata in the list.
How do I fix the missing metadata problem?
