hi Team, Any idea what will happened if it reaches more than 20000 messages. Standard commercial pack as follows
Good morning,I hope you are doing well. This might need confirmation : When the limit of messages / sessions is reached, the application blocks itself. Since the number of interactions is not counted live (what happens is that every day / hour, the number of messages within that day / hour are counted), you can have a few extra messages.I found this documentation that can be useful : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/requirements-messages-management .

You just purchase additional message bundles of 25K messages a month.
