I'm looking for a Knowledge base + chat bot solution in microsoft

Power Virtual Agent is too expensive for a low/mid company.

Anyway, I'm wondering what's the main difference between PVA and Azure Bot Services? is there any documentation about that?

    Hi Renato,

I've come to this topic with the same curiosity. So for the Azure Bot Service, do you have the course as well? do you have any good reference to learn Azure Bot Service ? So is it really Full code, all C# ? and which one better or more dominant between C# and NodeJs.

Btw, I watch your PVA, btw, it is very good and helpful, Thanks.

    Hi @gteibo ,

We have the idea here, please vote: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Ideas/Create-a-license-based-on-pay-per-use-Power-Virtual-Agents/idi-p/426130

The principal difference is PVA you use no-code to develop the chatbots, which is very easy e awesome.

When you are developing using Bot Framework (Azure Bot Services) you will use code to develop the chatbot with specific technologies (C#/Nodejs).

But the two tools is possible to integrate, you can develop a chatbot using no-code and integrate with Skills on the Bot Framework using full-code .
