Hi,

Can you please let me know how can we filter the views to show only the Approver view (in model driven app). Like if the current user is Approver then how can we show the view which has requests pending for his/her approval ?

Thanks in Advance!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @Pooja08

I am not sure if I well understood your question. Do you want to have a solution on how to filter your view to only show items the current user is approver or do you want to show a specific view in the view selection menu only to those people who are approver?

If you want to filter the items in the view you could use the filter option 'column' eq 'current user'.

    Best regards

    Jeanine

    Hi @_minnies,

I want to create a view which will be visible only for Approvers and in that view i want to show only the requests that are pending for their approval.

You could create a new personal view and share this view with selected teams and users. If you have a group of people which could be selected as approver you could share your view with this group. A view is an item in the table "SavedQuery" and you could share this item like any other table item.

    Hi @Pooja08

Simply you can add filter as Owner Equals Current User.

    Thats it

In your app you go to the view of your table and select "Manage and share views".

A side panel opens where you could share a selected view.

The share option is only available for personal views which were created within your app.
