In our PVA, the system topic got overridden and now we cannot reset it back. We tried deleting the bot and recreating the environment. But the problem still exists across environment. How to resolve this issue?
oh god this could be a future problem, I never hear about system reset just a fallback.

far as I know is not possible, could be a great idea.

You can reset your account, but you will be lost everything inside your environment.
Just follow these steps:
1- Click on the Settings
2- Click on the General Settings
3- Delete all bots and reset account
