How to get access for power platform without school or work account

I need a help in create and use the power apps platform as I don't have school or work account.

    Good Afternoon,
     
    You would just sign up for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program.
     
    Step 1:
    Visit 
     
    Step 2: Sign in or Create a Microsoft Account
     
    Step 3: Complete your profile : Basic info about you
     
    Step 4: Choose Development focus for you this would be : Power Platform
     
    Step 5: Setup your Microsoft 365 E5 Developer Subscription -> Click Setup -> Create a sandbox tenant [dev environment]
     
    Step 6: Access the environment

    After 2nd step message is "Thank you for joining. You don't current qualify for a Microsoft 365 Developer Program sandbox subscription."
