Hi,
I am new to chatbot/virtual agents,
Is it possible for the chatbot to copy existing file and send to the user upon a copy upon a request?
*such as template file that user can request to download and use.

How do you want to sent this file? Do you have a preference how to share this copied file?
It should for example be possible to copy files via a power automate flow which you can than send as an attachment via e-mail. But that is just one scenario 🙂
Sorry for the late reply,I wanted to check if the user can trigger the chatbot to copy the template file.
And have user select the paste destination.
I don't know if this is capable with the chatbot.
