Filter/sort on Gallery rows based on antother field

Hi Team,

We have sample data like License, SubLicense, and status in Collection(Table)

The license column has more than one SubLicense, each sublicense has a status.

So we want to display a license value, and loop all the related Sublicense, and status.

it's okay if the License align Top, instead of the center.

Make sure we have to use only the gallery, and that all the data is in the Collection.

 

Please help me with the formula.

Really appreciate, it if there is any example as well.
