"Something Unexpected Happened" System error

I'm not sure why some teams users get the following System Error when using the copilot deployed:

 
I'm about to deploy the Copilot in production and this error is concerning. Would love some help here.

    Hi Viswav ,
     
    Ensure that all users who need access to the Copilot bot have the necessary permissions for any underlying Knowledge sources.
     
    If your Copilot uses a specific authentication mechanism (manual Authentication), make sure that each user is authenticated properly. Sometimes session tokens can expire, leading to unexpected errors.
     
    Also go to the Copilot Studio configuration and check if all connections and integrations (Power Automate flows, external APIs, Actions) are set up correctly.
