Hi All,
I have had a chatbot/copilot set up for some time in our work environment, essentially the chatbot asks for order references, runs these through an excel list rows flow and returns other data associated with these order references.
This has been working perfectly for approximately 9 months now, however recently the users cannot submit their references as it is now asking for a connection to be made to the excel component within the flow. When the user goes to establish the connections it simply will not connect, is this a known issue and is there a fix for this?
Ideally the flow would action by using my connection to the flow, however if there has been a change that requires the user to establish their own connection can we lower the frequency of how often this is required?
