Hi,
We are using Power Platform Dataflow from Azure SQL to CDS entity to sync data. The auto refresh settings for this data flow is generally worked well. But now we have started getting error as per screen-shot attached while updating auto refresh setting. I have tried this multiple times but same error. Azure SQL server credentials are valid.
The similar error is coming up while setting "Refresh Manually" but it is cleared out eventually and proceed to save setting.
Hi @devcoder, are you sure it's not an authentication issue, where either the invalid credentials, locked account or MFA is enabled and is expecting someone to approve the login? Suggest to retest with a simple Dataflow using the same account to isolate the issue.
Thank you for feedback !!
I have tried simple dataflow which connects to Azure SQL using SQL Server Authentication and select "Do not load" to CDS entity option by enabling auto refresh settings. This fails as well.
If it is an authentication issue, then "Refresh Manually" would not work as well. But with this setting, the errors come up but cleared automatically and sync happens afterwards.
Strange, did you try another browser like Edge? I would submit a Microsoft support ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support
Yes I have attempted retest using Edge.
Hi @devcoder, Do you know how to Send email notification while dataflow is failure?
Hi @rtomar377 ,
You can setup notification when your dataflow fails, you may refer to this article
