I want my user to get a response when saying anything with the word 'printer' even 'printers'.
This is what I have so far;
It's that simple. and nothing happens when I say 'printer' after the intro message. What am I doing wrong here?
Use a question node for the copilot to wait for an input. In your case, the condition is evaluated as soon as the conversation starts, so there's no opportunity for the user to actually "say" anything that will be processed by the copilot.
BTW: why not user a separate topic for "printer"?
