Creating a data extraction bot

Hi all,

I'm looking to create a bot that can review documents and pull specific information from them. The issue I have is when i provide the text from the documents to the chatbot, it doesn't review the uploaded document, it just tells me which terms I'm looking for, but doesnt extract the information.

TL;DR - i want to provide 5 terms that need to extracted from documents that get uploaded into the chat feature and can't figure out how to create an assistant that does it.

Can you provide some more context/examples? The request is a little too abstract.

Absolutely! For example, if I provide it with a lease agreement, maybe 5 pages long, I want it to be able to extract things like: Costs associated with the lease, term of the lease, parties to the lease, units being leased, etc. In a perfect world, the lease would be dropped into the chat and the specifics would be pulled directly out. I usually do this on the Azure platform with just regular prompting, but would like to turn it into a deployable bot, if possible.
