Error with embed Power BI Report: No page found

(2) ShareShare
ReportReport

Hi you guys.

I've a Power Page in which I have embed a Power BI report. Yesterday it's OK but this morning when I access the page, the report can't be rendered and I got the message "Liquid syntax error: A configuration error occurred while rendering your report".

When I check the embed report with Edit Mode in Power Page, the error is "No Page found" (Althouh in Power BI Service, the

report is still rendered smoothly)

Is there anyone have ever gotten the same problem? Please let me know what happened with my Page?

Thank you guys for reading!

    Hi @nhuanhduc

    Welcome to the power pages forum.

    If you are confident your power bi reports have all the pages.

    Then in the design studio try the following

    1. Press ctrl+ f5 for a hard refresh

    If you still don't see the expected page.

    Delete the power bi component and sync it.

    Then re add the power bi component and configure it again.

    Note: make sure you have power bi visualisations enabled in the site settings.

    Hope it helps.

    Thank you @ragavanrajan , I've tried your solution and in addition to that, I created new workspace, add new report and embed it to a new Power Page component, but it's still consistent: I can only select workspace, report, but can't see the page of report.

    I guess that it's because Microsoft locked this function, or some conflict happened when they update the version of Power Page.

    Hi @ducna

    Try the access type as "Embed for your organisation" and let us know if it is working for you.

    Hope it helps.

    Dear @ragavanrajanI selected the access type as "Embed for your organisation" and still got the same error (I attached the capture of screen to you). In Power BI Service, my Report has no problem.Screenshot 2022-08-02 152228. 222222222222.png

    Hi @nhuanhduc @ducna and @AlexF103

    I have tested on several sites. Looks like there is a bug suddenly appearing. However, I have tried the following liquid tag which is working and rendering reports. Try the following syntax

    In the design studio:

    1. Click the code icon on the top right corner

    ragavanrajan_0-1659612653697.png

    2.  Try the following code in the code editor

    <div class="row sectionBlockLayout text-left" style="display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap; margin: 0px; min-height: auto; padding: 8px;">
     <div class="container" style="display: flex; flex-wrap: wrap;">
     <div class="col-md-12 columnBlockLayout" style="flex-grow: 1; display: flex; flex-direction: column; min-width: 300px; padding: 16px; margin: 60px 0px;">{% powerbi authentication_type:"aad" path:" {% powerbi authentication_type:"aad" path:"https://app.powerbi.com/groups/yourgroupid/reports/yourreportid/ReportSection"%}" %}</div>
     </div>
    </div>

    Note: copy and replace the group id and report id from your report.

    MostImp: after the report id > ReportSection is important

    Once done save > Sync configuration and preview

    Also, please raise a support ticket to Microsoft. I will also notify the product team.

    Hope it helps.

    Dear @ragavanrajan (cc to @AlexF103 )

    I'd tried your solution and my page worked well but the report required user to sign-in to view. Because I want to "embed for customer" so I change the code a bit, so that user can view report without signin, I attached the screenshot for someone else who needs it.

    I will rase a support ticket to Microsoft as your recomendation.

    Thank you very much @ragavanrajan .

    Hi @ducna and @ragavanrajan ,

    I am facing the same issue. While I can see the report and Page in the Design Studio, the error that I got is "

    Liquid syntax error: A configuration error occurred while rendering your report.

    . Did you manage to reach out to Microsoft and if yes, did they manage to solve the problem or identify possible causes??
