Here at our organization we work with a lot of third parties that have access to our Teams enviroment through a guest account. In the past, I created a agent on Power Virtual agents, it was kinda simples, it had some topics and some automations and it worked fine. Because this worked well enought, we decided to upgrade our license to start using the Microsoft Copilot Studio functionalities, especially the AI generated answers.
I created my first agent and added a knowledge base with our own documentation, tested and it worked really well. The issue appeared when we started testing with our third-party people. Basically, it seems that the agents works fine and they can access the agent without problems too. The issue happens when they try to ask something to the AI (like I was doing and using the same questions) but the agent kept saying that it coudn´t understand what they were saying. It doesn´t matter how many times we tried, the results were the same, it only worked with teams accounts from our domain.
Is there a way to make the AI part of Copilot Studio work with this third-parties? Is this a permission problem or it simply doesn´t work?
