Create New List Item With Button Triggering Flow

The last step to me finishing my power apps and it's the hardest yet!
Scenario: I have a Sharepoint List set up to work as a Work Order System.
I am trying to figure out how to incorporate a flow when the submit button is clicked on the new item screen on my powerapp.

Ideally - Click Submit Button after filling in all the text boxes and making choices
Building (Choice)
Priority (Choice)
Due By (Date)
Assigned To (Choice)
Task (Text)
Notes (Text)
I would also like it to copy the ID over to a Colum called "Ticket #"
Aside from these I would like it to record the time the new item was created and capture the profile of the user who submitted it from this powerapps.

In Power automate I would create a flow where it would Get User Profile based on Responders Email (from a form) but i'm not sure how to do that here.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @honganhuynh1 ,

You could use TheSpecificRecord.Building.Value to get the text value in Canvas app.

In flow , you could do something like this:

    Best Regards,

    Bof

I attempted to do this but my fields are Choices and the Flow is expecting Text
