Hi Everyone
Very much a Power App newbie so please be patient.
Ive recently joined a new team and Ive been working on a pet project to move our Project Reporting to Power BI. The Goal was to drop (dont use) PowerPoint and excel etc and use data driven summaries of all our tasks etc and use PBI.
Its going very well.
Now one question was “ How do I see my executive summaries to a PBI Report?
Well initially I created a Access DB and a simple form which a PM would fill in. It would then be ingested to PBI and a nice summary report was available.
But then I came across Power Apps.
So again my needs are very simple and what you will see below is a very simple use case.
I created a DB and I have a form where someone inputs an Executive Summary with a date of the summary. I then ingest this to PBI as a data source and I build my PBI reports and publish (auto refresh of data)

Relationship between PBI and my Power App
@lbendlin Indeed thats a major FUBAR Post.
Just a FYI -Power BI - No issues with access. Its Power Apps. I will take this to the right place.
Thanks again.

Let's ignore for a second that you posted this in the Power Automate forum.
You need to share the PowerApp with all your users, and you need to share the Power BI report with all your users. Depending on your company tenant settings this may include Premium capacity or Power BI Pro licenses, and (depending on your choice of storage system) PowerApps Premium licenses.
