I have an embedded app with few controls and Height set to Custom -> 200. The app when embedded in Model-app form in a Multi-line control gets additional extended space at the bottom that i am not able to get rid of. Please see the screenshot attached.
To me it seems like more of Control issue where the app is embedded since truing off the optimize embedding experience gave a blank box below and above the app control but did not reduce the space. How can I remove this additional space?
Hi @IshaPowerUser ,
Please consider edit your canvas app, then turn off the "Scale to fit" option within "Screen size + orientation" option within App settings as below:
then re-publish your canvas app, then check if the issue is solved.
Also please make sure you have enabled the "Read" permission of Canvas App under the Customization tab of the Security Role, which your current account is assigned to. Please check and see if the following thread would help in your scenario:

If the issue still exists, please consider embed your canvas app into a Single Line control rather than Multi-line control in your Model-Driven form, then check if the issue is fixed.
Best regards,
Thank you but I ended up creating a new app and copying my existing code into it. Nothing else worked.
I am also getting this kind of issue where almost 232 pixels have been added at the bottom. It was added automatically even when I didn't change any of the settings. Not getting any solution for this. I cant move this code to another app as it is live with client and is really big. Really frustrated now.
Same problem here. There is always a huge white spce below the app.
Then, give to the container or controler or whatever the same height of the screen. Put in height option Screen1.height.
its an idea, this worked for me while i was using a canvas.
