My organization is wanting to create a bot that has a unique greeting message for a few different web pages. For example, we have a web page that talks about applying for a scholarship, so we want a greeting/pop-up specifically on that page that gives them a link to sign up for it. We want to keep the topics and logic of the bot consistent throughout all the web pages, though. What would be the best way to do this? Is there a way to apply a different greeting, or maybe there is a way to create a "derivative" bot with a different greeting.
Let me know what you guys think.
Hi @Anonymous,
I have not seen this new feature yet in Release Wave 1 2022.
But it might be possible that the proactive triggers feature will meet your specific requirement:

Thank you so much!I am relatively new to Power Virtual Agents, do you have any idea on how I could implement it/when this will be more available?
I will keep my eye out on the release notes and the blog of Power Virtual Agents. But I do not know when this will be generally available. Maybe somebody from Microsoft can chip in on this?
