Hello all,

I'm asking for help/opinion regarding attachments in Sharepoint list. Currently, i have more than one attachments that were uploaded in Sharepoint list using Power Apps. However, I just realised that the attachments uploaded were in alphabetical order instead of date/time order. This is quite a hassle for me because I'm using the First & Last function in Power Apps to call the attachments, and the function should be operating according to the time it were uploaded in the Sharepoint list

Do you guys have any idea in how to do this? My recommendation to the client is to ensure that the user uploaded the file that were rename correctly eg
1. A
2. B
etc
But this option is not feasible as the app will be used my huge amount of users.

Really appreciate if anyone can help me on this, thank you!

The file which is uploaded its in the SharePoint system only right.?

If yes then - u can use the sharepoint file properties (metadata) created which stores the values of created date and time .

This is good enough  to sort the records in the powerapps (for e.g this records is mapped in gallery)

    Using Sort(Datasource, created, descending).

I hope this helps, if you still have any queries revert me back.

    hi @MS.Ragavendar,

yes, the file was only uploaded in Sharepoint list. However, it involves more than one attachment for 1 column. The attachments were sorted alphabetically

is the solution works for this kind of attachment?

OOPS, I doubt that but lets give a check.

Create one collection and filter the records based on ID and check whether the collection holds any information about the created date of the file revert me if the data doesn't hold any info
