[HELP] Request to XRM API failed with error: Message: An unexpected error occurred. Code: 0x80040216 InnerError

Hello everyone,

 

Good day!

 

I would like to ask how to solve this error? Its bothering me for hours.  I have tried logout in power apps then signed-in again same error. 

 

Problem is I can't save the flow

    Hi @YamiteKudasai ,

     

    Could you please share more details about your scenario? Since you mentioned "in Power Apps", why use the button trigger instead of the Power Apps trigger? If you want to trigger instant flows in Power Apps, you will need to use the Power Apps trigger. Please refer to below docs:
