Hi all, I have integrate app that connected from SharePoint list and there is two problems:

1. I want that the edit Icon will show only for the users that have edit for the list in SharePoint. (I have one security group for all the users that have edit permission for that list if it is helping).

2 how do I prevent from any user to get in the app from SharePoint list and click on Integrate and make changes to the app?

    Hi @v-chengfen-msft ,

    I already gave the users access to the list, what I need is to prevent from the users to get in to the customize forms, and in the app that only the users that have edit permission will be able to see the edit icon.

    Hi @lidor_dayan

    1. To prevent users from accessing the customized forms in the SharePoint list, you can remove their permissions to modify the list's forms. You can do this by removing the user or group's permissions to edit the list, which will prevent them from being able to access and modify the forms.
    2. To show the edit icon only to users who have edit permission for the SharePoint list, you can use SharePoint's built-in security trimming. You can do this by using the SPSecurityTrimmedControl control in your app's code and specifying the necessary permissions for the group that has edit permissions.

    1. @Jenisha_Dhas  thanks for the solution.

    2. I added Database "office365groups" and on the edit icon I put this formula:

    VarGroupID in Office365Groups.ListOwnedGroupsV2().value.id

     (the VarGroupID is the object id of the group)
