Changing "here is what bot can do" in PVA and publish to teams

Is it possible to change this? I dont see an option to do that.
But i know that its possible to change the description and developer name but not this, am i right?

    That text is based on the connectors used in the bot (and associated flows) and the permissions required. So no, it can't be changed other than by not using connections that do those things.
