App Salesforce and Approve

Good morning guys
Please could you help me with the following queries.

I am developing an app with the objective of publishing, at the same time, the pending solved alerts in a Planner and the publication of these alerts in Salesforce.
The first question is if there is a way to connect PowerApp with Salesforce so that the alerts are sent in the publications; On the other hand, to know if there is a way, in case a client has a claim, we can also integrate it with PowerApps and register it in Salesforce and, with the use of an approval flow, the mail reaches the corresponding person for evaluation and case solution.

Thank you!

    Hi @JhonaOB1993 ,

So if I understood correctly you want to publish some alerts into Planner and into Salesforce.

You can reference the Salesforce conector documentation to get some insights on what are the limitations of the connector and what it can achieve. Taking a look at the available actions it could be something from Create record or Create a job action.

Then if you want to include Approvals for claims that are sent, you need to integrate Power Apps with Power automate. To start a flow from a canvas app you can follow this guide available here

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,

    Ricardo
