Showing Email Address of Form Record Created By Field via Office 365 Connector

Hi!

I have a Form connected to a SharePoint List that shows "Created By". This is auto filled in by SharePoint based on who created the SharePoint record. It looks like the "Created By" field is a Person field in the SharePoint List.

I have a Text Label where I want to display the email address of the person who created the record.

ie: Created By = Bob Turner

Text Label = bob.turner@example.com

How can I do this? I assume I need the Office 365 Connector?

Many Thanks!

    Hi @s_tanswell84

Use the Office365Users.UserProfileV2 function, which returns a record that contains information about a user, such as display name, email address, job title, and so on. You can pass the email address of the person who created the record as the parameter for this function.

You can use this formula in the Text property of your label:

    Office365Users.UserProfileV2('Created By').displayName

If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊
