Hi Experts,
I had been install PVA with v1.1.0 and found the latest PVA Version is 1.2.1. I tried to un-install and re-install but the PVA version still 1.1.0。Does anyone know how yo upgrade PVA in teams? Thanks a lot!

You don't need to update the Power Virtual Agents app within Microsoft Teams, when the product is updated, automatically you will see the updates in your PVA app.
This week the product suffers an update related to an internal issue. The update was applied to everyone.
To guarantee the updates, you can click on the right button on the mouse above the Teams app, select the option Quit. When you open again, you will see the updates.

My PVA is still on 1.1.0 version and I am using it online. It there a way I can go to 1.4 version.
