I have an app in powerapps and I want to put PowerBi

I want to place a PowerBi reactor inside a canvas or model application in PowerApps, can users who don't have permission see it?

 

do you have any documentation of this?

    No, only the user who have permission to see Power BI reports can see it on PowerApps
