Hi Community,
I have a solution that include a Canvas App, and I already deploy it to my Test Environment it work perfect. Because that is the first deploy to Test Environment. So I use update to do the deploy. And today I want to deploy it again (I have some update on the canvas app and the other component) I use upgrade to do that job. But my canvas app still look like the old version because everything I change is not working on it. But the other object such as automate flow, column or connection reference they works well. So is that canvas app only can use update to do the deploy? Because I try Update before (but after my first time deploy) all my change to that canvas app is applied.

do you published your app after the changes and before the export the solution in the dev environment?
I was using pipeline to do my deploy job in the pipeline I have an action name publish customization. So I think the pipeline already do that job. And before I run the pipeline I click the Solution Overview Page "Publish All Customization" Button. I think that will publish the canvas app too. Right?
Sorry, but I haven't experience in DevOps pipelines.You could try to deploy the solution manually to rule out that it is a pipeline problem.
Any chance you edited the canvas app in your test environment? Even if by accident, that would create an unmanaged layer and that's why your upgrade is not applied to the app. If that's the case, you need to remove the unmanaged layer first, before upgrading.
I try to publish all in Dev environment about that canvas app. And deploy again. It works. Thanks! But still know why cause that problem.
No. I didn't change anything in Test Environment. But the problem is solve. Thanks for you time.
