So this is happening all of a sudden. I can't seem to share apps anymore. If I type a name it doesn't auto populate but if I type a name that is already shared with it shows. Is anybody else having this issue? FYI I tried diffferent browsers and same thing happened.

Could you please try to clear cache of your browser and try it again?

Please check:
If you want to share with the user you should firstly add them to your Office 365 group in your Microsoft 365 admin center .
