Hello,

we have problem with iOs version app PowerApp adn PDF´s files, on Androin works without problem.

Some PDF´s open corectly, some open only blank page. When I send to iPhone the problematic PDf  with classic way to email, it open normally.

I was searching some standard for PDF´s file for iOs or for PowerApp in iOs. I din´t find! It is possible to find something like that ? Do you know, how to solve this problem?

Thank you for your advices and answers!

    hi @v-xida-msft

We solved the problem. Problem was in Canon scanner and scan format for PDF, which scanner use and send to server.

I don´t know why Android version of PowerApp can open it and iOs version doesn´t. Strange ! That's why I asked for allowed PDF formats on iOs in PowerApp.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please share a bit more about your issue?

Do you add a PDF Viewer control in your app to view the PDF files?

When using PDF Viewer control to view PDF files in PowerApps app, there are some known limits you need to know:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/controls/control-pdf-viewer#limitations

    1. The security architecture of PowerApps requires the PDF Viewer to support only HTTPS links, not HTTP.

    2. The Document property must link directly to the PDF file. Server redirects or HTML views of the document aren't supported.

    3. The server that hosts the document must not require authentication.

    4. You may not be able to view a PDF document in your app if the document resides on a server that has restrictive cross-origin resource sharing (CORS) settings. To resolve this issue, the server that hosts PDF documents must permit cross-origin requests from powerapps.com.

Please check if the PDF files could not be opened correctly within the PDF Viewer control has meet the above requirements.

    Best regards,
