Hello community,
is there a way to find out the size of a entity/table?
Database storage is over capacity.Yesterday I deleted a lot of unused tables but have no effect on capacity.I have no idea where storage is used ...
Thanks,
AndKan.
Hi@AndKanPA,
Based on the issue that you mentioned, do you want to free up the storage space?
Could you please share a bit more about the scenario, what license do you have?
For the first question, I want to tell you that the storage is the sum of these three things:
To determine how much capacity they take up, you could go to Admin Center>Resources>Capacity>Storage Capacity > select details icon.
You could delete the part that takes up much more capacity.
More details about how to free up space, you could check the following article:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/free-storage-space
Hope it could help.
Best Regards,
Qi
