Question regarding making applications access public

I have an app created using Power BI for reporting and SharePoint for hosting the database. Each one, however, requires my credentials in order to access them. Upon releasing this publicly, how does one go about giving full access to users of the app without requiring my permission?

Basically, how does one release an app to the public?

Thanks.

That would depend on what you mean by public.  If you mean other internal users in your Office tenant, then the answer is that you need to give all those users access to the SharePoint site and the PowerBI dashboard or report.  When users use the app for the first time they will be asked to authorize access to those resources using their credentials.  That sets up the OAuth connection that PowerApps uses.  AFter that first time it will not require them to authorize the connection again.

There is also a way to use PowerShell to set that dialog to auto accept that users will authorize the connection without prompting them. Either way they need to have access to the backend resources and have the app shared with them.
