No Content in PDF Viewer

I am working on my PDF viewer skills.

I've followed the Reza Dorrani video (Power Apps PDF Viewer SharePoint Document Library without flow) yet can't get the PDF document to show in the PDF Viewer. There are no errors in the formula.
