‘Hello,

 I am sys-admin in dynamics 365 , but when I open 1 form getting below error

This form can only be used on service -maintenance based records.Record is ready only.

 

what could be reason for this error?

    What is the dynamics app?

    Can you share some screenshot?

    Also looks like a validation on the application level not permissions related.
