Who have any idea why there is nothing in combobox after running the App.?

this problem trouble me for a long time.
App for Teams
Data source: DEISTRS.
Combobox: formula is Choices(DEISTRS.Ctgory).value
Result: Display nothing

Category column should display in the combobox just liken the information in the first screenshot.
Both choices(DEISTR.Category) and Choices(DEISTR.category).value don't work.

What errors are you getting?
Add this on the Items Properties and check if you get any result on the combo
["1","2","4","5"]
No error after i input the formula.
But there is nothing displayed in comobo box when i run the app just like the second and last screenshot
For easy way to test just delete the combo and re add new combo let me know

I add a new one. The combobox can display some number ，but not the value in choice list .
